Overview
Kollective Koncrete Group was contracted to complete all foundational concrete work for a new 10-unit residential complex in Arlington, TX. The developer needed fast execution without sacrificing quality to meet aggressive framing timelines.

Challenge
The site’s soil required grading and stabilization before pouring could begin. Additionally, weather delays threatened to push the schedule off track. Tight lot spacing also limited access for heavy machinery.

Solution
Our crew began with laser-guided grading to ensure a level base. We sequenced the work in phases—three slab pours over five days—to allow for curing and inspections without delaying framing. We used high-strength, quick-set concrete to stay on pace despite rain.

Result
The full foundation was completed two days ahead of schedule with no structural issues or rework. The client highlighted our team’s communication and flexibility, and we’ve since been invited to bid on the next phase of the development.
