Downtown Dallas Demo

Overview
A real estate investment firm tasked us with the complete demolition of a 3-story commercial building in downtown Dallas. The goal was to clear the lot for a new mixed-use development with minimal disruption to the surrounding area.

Challenge
The job site was surrounded by active businesses and had limited access for hauling debris. The structure included asbestos-containing materials, requiring strict environmental and safety compliance.

Solution
Our team performed an environmental assessment and brought in licensed remediation partners to safely remove hazardous materials. We then used compact, high-torque equipment to methodically tear down the structure without disturbing neighboring properties. Work was performed in off-peak hours where possible.

Result
The project was completed five days early with zero safety incidents. Over 95% of debris was recycled. The client credited our coordination and professionalism, and we’ve since become their go-to partner for demo jobs across DFW.
