Plano Parking Resurfacing

Overview
We were brought in to mill and resurface a high-traffic parking lot at a retail center in Plano. With dozens of businesses relying on daily foot traffic, the client needed a quick turnaround with minimal interruption.

Challenge
Working during business hours wasn’t an option. The parking lot was large—over 40,000 sq ft—and the job required phasing, signage, and temporary traffic control to maintain access for deliveries and customers.

Solution
We divided the lot into three sections and scheduled the work in night shifts, allowing each area to cool and reopen by morning. Our team used a high-durability asphalt mix designed to cure faster and last longer under constant use.

Result
The job was completed in just three days, including striping and ADA markings. The tenants experienced no business disruptions, and the property owner has since recommended us to two neighboring centers for future paving projects.
