Southlake Site Prep

Overview
For a new luxury home in Southlake, we were hired to perform all earthwork, grading, and site preparation. The lot was uneven and located on a natural slope, requiring advanced planning to ensure water drainage and structural integrity.

Challenge
The site needed major reshaping to accommodate a tiered foundation and drainage plan. Soil quality varied across the lot, with some areas requiring compaction and stabilization. Access for machinery was also restricted.

Solution
We performed a topographical survey and created a custom grading plan. Our team cleared the land, excavated down to spec, compacted and stabilized the soil, and created a multi-tier platform to support the builder’s foundation requirements. French drains were installed to manage water flow.

Result
The site passed all inspections on the first attempt, and the builder noted how our prep work made the slab and framing process significantly easier. The homeowner later contracted us directly for driveway and landscaping work.
